Shopping & Fashion

Have any of you shopped with JD Williams before? They are under the same group as Simply Be, which both send out catalogues so you can browse at home & either place your order by post, or online.

I have shopped with Simply Be & Simply Yours before, and although JD Williams is focused more at an older age range, I often find that you can get some nice pastel knitwear in "old" shops. I always have such a problem finding pastels aimed at my age group! They often have pretty detailing like pointelle knit too, which again can be difficult to find in trendier plus size shops. Just a tip for those of you that are plus size lolitas/just like pastels! Although I even managed to find this ^ cute bright pink spotty cardigan whilst browsing the site before, along with some more girly pastelly ones.

Disclaimer: This post is in partnership with JD Williams, however all opinions are my own & I will never be paid to promote any brands I have not tried myself.

  1. the spotty one is soooo cute! *_* I need it in my life! Do you know if they ship outside uk?

  2. Miria, unfortunately I don't think they do :( Not positive though - you'd have to check them out!

  3. Polka dots are hot XDD I love that cardigan

  4. I love shopping for cardigans in "older" women's catalogs. I'm going to have to get one sent out from J D Williams now! Thanks =D

  5. The spotty one is lovely. I think we shouldn't hold ourselves back if we see something cute. I mean, at every age there's *supposed* to be a shop we should go in. Stuff it, young people should go in Bon Marche if they see something they like and people in their 60s or older should shop in Top Shop if it pleases them. I love a good cardi myself, and am dying to get a decent leopard print one x
